Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that by making an appointment you acknowledge, agree and abide by these terms and conditions. Moyal Therapies reserves the right to cancel delay, shorten or change treatments where reasonably necessary, due to the effects of any provisions below.

Booking appointments
To avoid disappointment please book your appointment in advance by telephoning 07557276871, using the online booking system or via e-mail

Arrival
Please arrive for your appointment on time. If you are running late for any reason, please let your therapist know as soon as possible by telephoning 07557276871. Your treatment time may have to be reduced if this happens.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact your therapist on 07557276871 or via e-mail at least 24 hours in advance, or upon receiving your e-mail reminder if you have booked online. Any cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full, unless due to illness.

Refund and Complaints Policy
All treatments are carried out by your qualified and professional therapist. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with, please bring it to the attention of your therapist as soon as possible. Refunds are not given on treatments. However, any complaint will be taken seriously and every effort will be made to rectify the issue/s raised.

All complaints should be documented in writing via email to: betinamoyal@gmail.com.

Client Questionnaire and Health Conditions
All new clients are requested to complete client consultation forms relevant to the treatment booked, before treatment starts. Please alert your therapist to any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which may affect your treatment. For subsequent treatments, it is your responsibility to let your therapist know of any change in circumstances before your treatment goes ahead.

Therapist Illness
On rare occasions your therapist may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness or emergency. You will be notified as soon as possible in this event.

Pricing
Prices are listed on the website www.moyaltherapies.co.uk. Price lists are updated on a regular basis, however may be subject to change without warning.
